Our return policy includes exchange or return for store credit only. If you wish to cancel an online order before the item(s) is/are processed and fulfilled, there will be a 3% restocking fee charged. Once the order has been fulfilled, we cannot except requests for a refund - only for return according to the aforementioned return policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Bearing cleaning solution, lube.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will not be able to process your exchange without the original purchase.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item for another size or product, the original item must be returned in new condition, at the discretion of Madame Quad. You can send us an email at sales@madamequad.com and send your item to: 2C, Po Foo Building, 1-5 Foo Ming Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island Hong Kong SAR China. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
