Madame Quad orders are shipped with SF Express. All shipping rates are calculated by package weight, size, and destination.
Additional Covid-19 related fees and fuel surcharges are also included in the rates provided.
Some countries are not serviced by SF Express. If this is the case,Ā the customer will not be able to check out their shopping cart.
Additional countries that temporarily won't receive packagesĀ during Covid-19: Australia, India, Bangladesh, Chile, Pakistan, Brunei, The Philippines, Sri Lanka.
IfĀ you wish to cancel an order before the item has been shipped, there will be a 3% restocking fee charged. If the order has already shipped,Ā youĀ may refer to our refund policy.
